For Love Walk
Think of someone or something you love. Human plant or animal.
Walk and keep a relaxed focus scanning for nature that provides the beauty representative of love. ❤️
Flowers. Leaves. Rocks. Birds. 🦅 Add them to your journal or share with the ones who inspire you. Maybe these images reflect a love you feel for your own self and your own sacred journey.
Later on in silence journal about the love that finds its way to you and express gratitude for that. At the very least the Earth showers us with reflections of love from the pillowy clouds above to the ladybugs that land on us unexpectedly.
